Human Resource

Job description

·  Perform and complete all HR administrative, data entry and reporting tasks in assigned areas in an accurate and timely manner

·  Escalate issues and missing data for resolution quickly and follow through to closure

·  Adherence to agreed service level agreements

·  Participating in regular review of systems, processes and procedures to continuously improve HR processes

·  Continuously strive to provide high quality service to meet or exceed agreed service levels

·  Actively participate in teamwork by backing-up other team members from  time-to-time


·  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

·  Fresh graduates who are keen to develop competencies in HR are encouraged to apply

·  Highly motivated with a passion for performance-oriented work processes

·  Strong knowledge in data management and statistics will be an added advantages

·  Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

·  Excellent organizational skill, attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups

·  Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast paced changing environment

·  Positive and flexible attitude to change

·  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)

- To prepare management account on monthly basis
- Assist in daily accounting works
- Preparation of billing, debit notes and credit notes, payments, bank reconciliation
- Monitor & update cash book
- Prepare and update of weekly debtor aging
- Handle finance administration work
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Assist in computation of company taxation and preparation of audited financial statement
- Liaising with company secretaries, auditors, tax agents
- To monitor closely the performance of the project
- To prepare  project profitability report on monthly basis
- To analyze the variance between the project actual performance and budget
- To update the project cost from time to time
- To monitor closely the project milestone and ensure raise billing on time
- To ensure timely reporting & assist in adhoc duties assigned from time to time

Job requirement:

- Candidate must possess Degree in accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years working experience in related fields is preferable
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office(i.e. word, excel, etc.) 
- Possess analytical skill is preferable
- Good command in both written and spoken English

Able to work independently under pressure to produce the desired result within the desired deadline.
