Nor Salinun Mohd Ghazali

Nor Salinun Mohd Ghazali has over 15 years of experience in the human capital industry including HR operations, learning and development, succession planning, talent management, knowledge management and various human capital consultancy including organizations capacity building, workforce transformation and change managements. A Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management graduate from Syracuse University, New York, Salinun has been in the iA Group for over 5 years managing various capacity development projects. She is also instrumental in the establishment of CareerXcell and Leadership Development Forum, both of which are human capital arms under the iA Group.

 

Salinun’s strength is in corporate and HR strategy, organization development and people management. She is passionate in developing people and accelerating corporate growth through leadership alignment.
